1. Using Spanish Bear
You may use Spanish Bear to learn Spanish. Don't try to break it, resell it, or use it to do anything illegal. Keep your account credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.
2. The content
The lessons, examples, and tutor responses are provided for educational purposes. They're written carefully but aren't a substitute for a qualified teacher, translator, or interpreter in high-stakes settings.
3. Changes and availability
The service is offered as-is and may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time. We'll do our best to give notice when we can, but we can't promise uptime or feature stability.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spanish Bear is provided without warranty of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
